  The mountains viewing it's just that en the community work so amazing. Gorilla tracking it's so excellent. Beautiful Loadge nice facilities

  This place is magic. The views are amazing and the setting is unbelievable. You are very pampered with fantastic food served family style at a long dining tables you share with interesting fellow travelers, your own private house with a fireplace and beautiful patio with another great view, and a main Lodge building that is warm and cozy with numerous little patios and balconies. The service was great! They even meet you at the entrance to the grounds after your day hiking to the Gorillas with a fresh drink and a seating area to take off your muddy boots, a pair of clogs to change into, and then they take your boots and somehow clean and dry them before bedtime so you are ready for the next day. (Which is great if you had a day like we did where we hiked in very deep mud for several hours!) Their spa was also great for a massage after the hikes, which can be fairly strenuous. Every if you are not going to see the Gorillas it would be wonderful to spend a few days relaxing here and enjoying the ambiance.

  Service is awesome, great view of the lake and volcano. location is perfect and a little bit expensive. But they deserve 5 stars.
