  The view from the bar/restaurant is the best in Kigali. Fantastic place to take a date. But be warned it's very cold at the top. Blankets are provided to guests that do not have a jacket.

  Very elegant. The view of Kigali from the rooftop bar/pool are is not to be missed. Great service
