  Not sure what happened but everything you can think could go wrong did. The place is beautiful but the food tasted like it was created by "sous vide" (taking food and season it. Seal uncooked food in plastic pouches ahead of time and cook it later from a refrigerated or frozen state, or you can also pre-cook the food ahead of time and store in the fridge or freezer to be reheated later). These had been cooked ahead of time. I am not sure there actually a chef in the kitchen. The gave us a $500 bottle of wine instead of the one we ordered. Everyone...yes everyone's dinner was wrong. My duck fell apart on the plate into a mass of bones and a blob of meat? The staff was clueless. We love this place. Sit by a private pool with cool Ambient Music playing... we hope they fix this. Used to be our favorite place before this last visit. FYI - bring your wallet dinner was still $350 for 4 even after we had the $500 bottle of champaign reduced to what we ordered. Must have reservations...A, I would have reservations about going here again.
