  Oldest big building in kigali known as kwa kabuga builind, it is a complex building, it has many office of rwanda national police, traffic department, arm shop and zigama credit and saving society that arm bank. The build in were builded in old style. No levator, nor accessibility of wheelchairs at entrance and parking. Also they police camp on the back door. At traffic department they offer a best services as vision of national police of rwanda.
