  Mlimani Garden is a great place for weddings and other big events. It can accommodate many people at the same time. The only down side is that it's very far and it's not easy to get there since the road at the moment is very bad. Otherwise, great place!

  Mlimani has one if the best view of kigali, especially at night. The road to the garden streches along a panoramic view of the city. The garden itself is very well maintained and it's idea for a weekend with your kids or to organize an afternoon picnic or outdoor. One downside is it is a bit out of the city and the final 5km is a dirt road not idea for Moto.
