::Straight up unprofessional! Lied they could offer the service I asked for, then lied that I had aggreed to some color I had not, thankfully I had 4 witnesses but even then the girl that lied did not deem it necessary to apologize and I did not bother.Will never set foot there again unless management becomes pro-active!!!
