::I have contacted this company three times to better understand how the parking system works and have not received any kind of response. I was hoping to obtain their procedure manual as I have serious concerns with how their associates apply the regulations. On many occasions I was asked to pay with no proof of payment, no sms or anything. On other occasions, I don't even park and get a parking ticket. It seems impossible to understand how it works and my balance keeps increasing with no way of appealing it. Please be more responsive to your customers and more transparent with your procedures. Right now, I don't have confidence the system is working as it should.
