::I bought my travel ticket from Huye to Kigali today at 7h00 pm and paid 5000 Rwf but the balance got was missing 1000Rwf . I am now on the way to Kigali. The driver is good, He tries to call to get the person who did it but in vain. I called the customer care number and no one is caring about my claim. Will never travel with Horizon Express. Ritco and Volcano express are my next travel companies.
