  Nice hotel, good facilities, but very unorganized and some of the staff is rude. They couldn’t find our booking originally. Then We left early in the morning and they forgot to prepare our breakfast (even though it was confirmed the night before)

  The Retreat is the perfect place for your stay in Kigali. The boutique hotel is situated in a beautiful residential area away from the buzz yet very central and only a stonethrow away from all the important activities. You won't miss anything here. The rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful outside area with shower as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. You will find a great gym, a spa, yoga room or meditation area if you are looking to unwind. Unlike the big hotel chains the retreat feels like your home away from home.

  This place was the perfect ending point of our road trip in Uganda and Rwanda. The staff are very helpful and nice. They booked us a city tour. You get the value for your money here. The location is great. You can walk to a number of restaurants. Highly recommended.
