  This can be a great facility if only they took maintenance seriously - especially the bathrooms. Breakfast also needs some variety. Otherwise very professional and pleasant staff!

  The food was wonderful. The attention from the waiters was amazing. The ambience is so welcoming and comfortable.

  Penis-shaped swimming pool😂. Great view, better service. Very nice food. If you're in Rwanda and staying in Kigali, this is definitely thee place to be.

  The bathrooms stinks and it spreads to the bedrooms. I transfered from one room to another same problem. It's just a small problem and easy to fix. The flexible tube which drains the washbasin is too short to have a "U" this is important as the "U" traps water and the water seals the air from passing from the septic tank backup through the washbasin. Very basic plumbing error. The maintenance is poor. The sliding curve doors of the shower tub have all lost their rollers on both rooms we used. As a result the doors don't close well and water sips out the floor and even to the bedrooms. I almost had a bad accident when I slipped. Light to the mirror was busted. The swimming pool water was dirty. Then breakfast was the same in the three days I spent there. Otherwise in fairness the rooms were good, the beds firm, pillows soft.
