Recently they have raised the price of retrieving your package from the post, it used to be approximately 599 Rwf, and now it has become 2000 Rwf!!! how can you make such a big change in a short time?! okay, so let's say that they needed to increase to be up to date with the current times, then how come the services they used to give us at 599 is the same as at 2000 rwf?

They should improve the way they handle items whose tracking number is not available. From my experience they got lost. Lost two of my expensive phones!
