  The double rooms are extremely disappointing. Some have mould and/or have a mouldy smell. Some of the rooms don't have functional showers. The drainage in the showers have a strong pungent smell that leave the room smelling bad. There was simply no desire to view other rooms. The breakfast was decent and mostly buffet style English breakfast.

  I would rate negative stars if I could. I took a party of 6 to this restaurant before leaving for the airport. We had an hour and a half before take off. Upon arrival, the waiter gave us one menu. I asked for more and he brought two more with one missing pages. We should have left but we stayed and completed our order. The waiter came back with drinks after twenty minutes and then disappeared for over an hour. I finally had to speak with a manger who said they would get our food. 15 minutes later I spoke with a man who said he was the marketing manger. I told him how long we had waited and then our food came out. Two of us ordered spaghetti and it was by far the worst things I had ever tasted. I could have prepared better in five minutes. We had to get some of our food to go as we were late for the airport and I received the bill. The waiter had charged me for meals I had not ordered. It was about 5000 francs over what we had ordered. I brought the ticket to another manger and he said it would be fixed. Late for the airport, three employees worked on the ticket and tried to charge me even more. I finally lost my temper and slammed money on the counter, enough to cover the first fraudulent bill and asked if I could leave. They agreed and I ran for the airport. DO NOT EAT HERE. The food is horrible, the service is horrible and the staff can't do a simple food ticket correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

  You spend your day waiting, hours to have food and they lost the key of my room. Also not very clean, you have to ask many times just to have a towel or toilet paper. Very very very noisy too, music loud day and night and no respect of others who sleep in the night. The pool is also a weird color, dark green and seems very dirty.
