  I have just checked out of this absolutely pleasant experience which lasted 8 days. This hotel is cared for by its owner as his own house and he treats his guests as friends and his staff as family. This becomes obvious by the everlasting smiles of restaurant and reception staff. The hotel features and naturally cooled restaurant area which is an absolute delight to spend time working after the tasks of the day have ended. Water pressure on rooms is great for a relaxing shower. Rooms feature mosquito nets which come in very handy given the surrounding trees and garden. This was my first visit of hopefully many more to come. 5Swiss will be my home in Kigali. Worth mentioning that it is in the same neighborhood as fancy Mille Collines, but meals are much better and fairly priced here. A five star experience without unnecessary frills (which certainly mean higher costs)

  At this hotel, the services are quick and well delivered, employees have humanity and well educated with professional behaviors. The place is located in high security zone, the access to different other enterprises in rwanda is very easy and quick. A ceux qui utilisent souvent le francais, voilà la place ideal.
