::Communication with this hotel was so grotesquely poor that I had to cancel my booking before even arriving in Kigali. I had to repeat my arrival information for airport pick-up no fewer than four times only to have it repeated back to me incorrectly as many times. This does not inspire much confidence in their ability to arrange an airport pick-up or, quite frankly, anything else. One truly wonders where they find the people who man their reception.

::Nice hotel good locations good services. Hotel offers free airport transfers, which is a very good one. As a lodger, you feel much more at home right from the airport to the hotel. Check in was very smooth and fast, room services okay. Nice restaurant with varieties of Chinese foods. Nice experience at the Bamboo restaurant. Good Breakfast. You can also have your shopping around the hotel, so you need not go far or bother about Transportation, shopping stores are just stone stroll if not with the hotel buildings because is a massive edifice. In all, I rate hotel 4.5/5. Very Good!

::The rooms are really nicely furnished and look good. However the hotel is in a very noisy part of downtown Kigali - there was noise all night from the hotel bar and the surrounding areas. I would not recommend this place if you're on business and need to get quality sleep. Mornings are also tough because the main road is so close by and the sounds from honking cars could possibly prevent you from sleeping in. The food (room service from the hotel bar) is pretty strange. Its Chinese food with barely any flavour but it is edible if you ask for some fresh chilli on the side. The helpings of the food are huge so if you are staying with someone, I'd suggest you share the dishes. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly 😃 and the cost of the hotel is pretty decent if you can stand the noise!

::The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was fine and the location pretty central. I preferred locations at the other side of town so I will stay somewhere else next time. 4 stars (3 or 4) because it just wasn't that special and because it felt slightly overpriced for what one got. I will go for one of the cheaper places next time. The adjacent restaurant is nice!

::This is my favourite hotel in Kigali. The staff are EXCELLENT and go way beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. The restaurant next door (Bamboo) has a fantastic view for lunches and dinner, as well as live music each evening. The hotel serves their breakfast at the restaurant in the morning, and it’s a fantastic selection of meats, cheeses, breads, juices, and coffee. There is also a made-to-order bar for omelette or pasta. I’ve stayed here every time I have come to Kigali. Love this place!
